If there are any issues with your order, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “RETURN EXCHANGE” or “REFUND.” Include your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos if applicable!
You can return the item and exchange it for another product of equal value, subject to availability.
Return Process
We will review your request within 24 hours and get back to you promptly.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. The product(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will inform you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (less the shipping costs). Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your return or store credit is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your package.
